Emma Read - Aftermarket Customer Support Administrator

A relatively new arrival to the expanding Acro Commercial teamEmma comes from a commercial background, where she gained a wealth of experience during a 20-year span in the plumbing, heating and building industries, working in key accounts, category management and estimating.

In previous roles she has been responsible for securing and maintaining large accounts and has been instrumental in identifying and implementing improvements to a range of customer-facing processes; a skillset which she will now deploy for Acro.

Emma has a strong customer focus and enjoys problem-solving and relationship building with customers and suppliers alike.  Never one to hang around, in her spare time, Emma has earned a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and assists in teaching at her local club. She has also tackled the London to Brighton Bike Ride and swum the English Channel for charity.
