Before joining Acro in 2014, Tony spent 21 years at BAE Systems in a variety of engineering roles, followed by three years pursuing a personal interest in property development.

He joined Acro as a Prototype Engineer and has since progressed through several roles to become Head of Validation. Over the years, he’s been involved in building and leading the test team, designing our on-site test rig, and supporting more than 600 dynamic crash tests. Tony now oversees all aspects of physical testing—static, dynamic, abuse, cyclic, and environmental—and collaborates closely with the Structures and CAE teams on simulation work.

Outside of work, He lives with his wife and two children. Tony continues to enjoy property development on a smaller, hands-on scale and is a committed blood donor, recently reaching his 100th donation milestone!
