Tommy is an aircraft interiors industry expert and joined Acro as its Executive Chairman in 2023.

He has held various senior management roles at B/E Aerospace, Collins Aerospace & BAe Systems. Tom spent 25 years with B/E Aerospace culminating in a Segment VP role leading its Seating Products and Business Jet Divisions, managing a $1.4 billion revenue stream, encompassing nine international sites with more than 4500 employees.

A specialist in complex technical product and programme management, Tom has also received an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Tommy’s experience and his unrivalled track record in the aerospace interiors industry means that he is a pivotal part of Acro’s ambitious growth plans, spearheading its growth strategy, customer service excellence and sales focus.

When not dealing with all thing’s aircraft seating, Tom enjoys spending time at home with his family.
