Originally from Northampton, Rob started as an electronics apprentice before moving into digital communications and IT, working in sectors from education, manufacturing, and biotech, often leading major IT projects.

Now, as Head of IT, he leads a small team focused on building a robust, future-ready IT environment to support the business.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys cycling and travelling—having ridden in places from Europe to Cuba and Manhattan—often finishing with a visit to a good pub.
