Neil joined Acro in 2023 and during this time, he has held various senior positions within the business, as Lead Design Development Engineer and Senior Quality Manager. Most recently, he was promoted to Head of Production, demonstrating his understanding of the product from an engineering point of view. 

Being a Quality Manager has also equipped him with an eye on regulation and compliance. Both experiences supported Neil’s current assignment to deliver the monthly target by improving production efficiency and optimising capacity. He has played a key role in meeting the goal for the wider business.
