Prior to Acro, Matt spent 17 years at DHL in a range of senior management roles, delivering complex logistics solutions for high-profile clients such as Jaguar Land Rover, BP, and major UK retail brands. This experience gave him a deep understanding of large-scale operations, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in fast-paced, high-demand environments.

Since joining Acro in November 2024, Matt has been responsible for leading the company’s HSE strategy, end-to-end supply chain, and warehouse performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards. His role focuses on driving regulatory compliance, fostering a proactive safety culture, and optimising operational efficiency through strategic supplier collaboration and data-driven decision-making. We truly believe Matt is a great asset to the business.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially with his three wonderful children who keep him on his toes and remind him every day of what really matters.
