With a background in engineering and a career that has spanned design, R&D, and project management, Matt brings a strong technical foundation combined with a customer-focused mindset. Prior to his current role, he served as a Programme Manager at Acro, where he led customer projects and cross-functional teams to successful delivery. He was voted employee of the year at Acro in 2023.

In his current position as Head of Customer Relations at Acro, Matt oversees the Planning and Aftermarket functions, ensuring our products are delivered effectively and our customers are supported throughout their journey.

Outside of work, he is an avid snowboarder and has a passion for travel, particularly exploring unique and off-the-beaten-path destinations.
