Massimiliano began his career in aircraft seating certification at Aviointeriors and spent seven years at Geven, where he completed his certification training and gained valuable experience in project engineering.

He joined Acro in January 2015 as a Certification Engineer, supporting the company’s growth and its first Airbus line-fit programme. In March 2017, he was promoted to Lead Certification Engineer, taking responsibility for certification activities across new product development and applications. Since April 2024, Massimiliano has been serving as Head of Airworthiness.

Outside of work, he enjoys watching and playing sports, particularly football and cycling.
