Based in the UK, Jerome is responsible for managing and developing key relationships with all customers outwith Americas and China. Jerome brings 15 years’ aviation interiors experience gained across Production and Planning to his current role as the principal customer contact for issue resolution and repeat sales. He manages the Acro Aftermarket Department which he originally established, setting in place its team of engineers to resolve technical issues and introducing scanning technology to warehouse transactions to ensure traceability.
His demanding remit is at the heart of establishing strategic, mutually beneficial relationships with key clients and Jerome who has a Degree in Management and Marketing from Brunel University is a staunch advocate of open and collaborative creativity. In his spare time Jerome enjoys walking, watching sport and spending time with his twin daughters. He is also a Black belt in Judo.
