Georgiana joined Acro in 2018. She has worked in roles within operations, planning and aftermarket at Acro, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the business from the ground up.

As Planning Manager, Georgiana solves scheduling challenges and optimises resources to deliver on-time project outcomes for existing products and new initiatives. She also plays a key role in enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation projects, streamlining workflows and ensuring that the system’s capability aligns with its goals. 

Alongside this, Georgiana is also a Certified Internal Auditor with expertise in ISO 9001 and AS 9100 auditing processes, focused on ensuring compliance and uncovering opportunities to reduce or eliminate non-conformities. 

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys working out at the gym, and travelling to new places to explore the world
