Al began his career in 1994 in the motor racing industry with Reynard Racing Cars. In 1996, he returned to London, taking on roles at Fathom Design and Design Acumen.

Since 2001, he has collaborated with a number of leading design consultancies, including Acumen Design Associates, Roundel, Tomato, SDG, Samsung Design Europe, Isis Product Design, Tangerine, Opius, James Park Associates, and KBM Aero.

In June 2019, Al joined Acro Aircraft Seating as Head of Industrial Design.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and has a strong passion for classic cars. Al is also an active member of the Goodwood Road Racing Club (GRRC).
