Mike joined Acro in 2018 as Financial Director. He reports to the CEO and leads the Finance & IT teams with a team of seven, with a view to these teams being a service provider to the business, alongside their traditional regulatory functions.

Mike brings to Acro a diverse financial & commercial skillset gained over 30 years in increasingly senior roles. He has gained extensive experience working a mix of multi-national and SME organisations in the Manufacturing, and Services industries sectors.

He also has specific experience from Oil & Gas, Public Relations, Travel and Construction sectors. Mike is a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualified accountant with over twenty years of post-qualification experience along with extensive experience in the taxation, treasury, regulatory, legal, and commercial aspects of the role.

His hobbies include Rugby and Motor Sports along with Scuba Diving and a keen interest in underwater photography
