Our Senior Financial Accountant is looking to add to their team so that they can continue to support the growing business. This role will encompass a range of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties, although there will be more time spent on the Accounts Payable side of things. You will be tasked with ensuring invoices are raised accurately and timely, collecting receipts within credit terms, managing supplier’s payments and running weekly BACS payments. This will be coupled with assisting with queries from both internal and external stakeholders, be that supplier queries or our procurement team looking for some information on a payment.
  

To be successful in this position you will have/be;  

  • Previous experience of inputting invoices on to an ERP system
  • Proficient in the use of PC software applications as well as experience in the operation of integrated accounting ledgers

To be successful in this position you will have/be;
  

  • Prior experience of working in a Product Quality management role, within a manufacturing/physical product environment

Key Responsibilities;

  • Idea generation and identification of both standard and innovative manufacturing process to build a robust route plan to target.

Areas of focus will include assessment of the feasibility of a bid; can we meet the customer’s requirements? Are the cross-functional teams capable, led and organised in the right way to deliver and most importantly, is it scalable in-line with our growth objectives? Reporting into the Design Team Lead you will join the Roadmap Product Development team to support finalised aircraft seating solutions for different airframes and the integration of new features and equipment to existing seat designs.  You will play a key role in the team by designing components of varying complexities from concept design to final product realisation across multiple programmes.

To be successful in this position you will demonstrate;

  • A mechanical or related Engineering degree, 2:1 or above with significant post graduate engineering design experience within the aviation or automotive sector.
  • The ability to undertake fundamental engineering hand calculations.
  • A strong ability to analyse problems and recommend a suitable course of action.
  • Sufficient exposure to the latest manufacturing techniques.
  • Extensive 3D CAD capability and experience, preferably within Catia V5.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skill with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • A natural ability to adapt to a fast paced and pressured environment and prioritise workloads.
  • Driven to achieve results and succeed within a team focused environment.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join us on a 3-month fixed term contract, working on the night shift.

As an integral member of the Warehouse Department and reporting directly into the Warehouse Supervisor, the Team Leader will manage the warehouse team in delivering the production plan in order to deliver aircraft seats in line with customer requirements to the company quality standards.
  
To be successful in this position you will have/be:

  • Previous warehouse / stores experience using lot control processes
  • An understanding of stock control and work order management within an MRP environment
  • Previous leadership, organisational and team management skills gained within a warehouse environment
  • Experience in or understanding of utilising Lean tools (5S, Standard Work, Set up Reduction, Visual Management)
  • Able to coach, mentor and develop a team to ensure safety, quality, and productivity to include 1-1 experience, team briefs output and KPI management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident in Microsoft Office packages and quick to learn new in-house systems
  • Strong integrity, initiative, focus and attention to detail
