We strive to not be ordinary here.  We are a high growth company that needs a proactive and adaptive leader to lead planning, supply chain and seat production for the business.   We manufacture very little and instead procure components from an increasingly worldwide supply chain and assemble the finished product in our production centre in Crawley.  In the coming years we intend to open production centres in Shanghai and in the US in 5 years’ time.

  • Location: Crawley (RH11)
  • Salary: Competitive

EXCELLENT BENEFITS

Reporting to the Chief Executive you will be a central member of the Exec Team that develops and leads the people and systems across the business.    Keeping your people safe will be second nature and most of all you’ll believe in those people and what they can do.

Our rapid growth creates challenges that you’ll be familiar with.  Our £100m order book means we have a mix of short lead-time retrofit orders and multi-year orders for new-build aircraft so your supply chain will be a blend of effective and efficient.   Relying as we do on our suppliers you’ll be used to achieving success with and through them, whilst ensuring we maintain our margins.

Our airline customers are demanding, so you’ll be comfortable with customisation as business as usual, which together with our heavy investment in product development means experience and a passion for the new product introduction process is vital.

Finally, we’re a regulated business and you’ll almost certainly have worked in one too!

This is your opportunity to join Acro as our Operations Director and play your role in Perfecting Comfort for Passengers and leading the development of the next generation of cutting edge aircraft seats!
